Recently moved and had to change the address at paypal.com but it was being a little stubborn and not taking my credit card info. I had to cancel the credit card information and put it back in with the new billing address....

Low and behold, I have a notice that my account with infojunky.net is also cancelled.....but i still want my subscription to continue with the same credit card. Can you help me out or make sure that the site does not go down???

Date of Cancellation: Aug. 7, 2006

Thanks for your help!!

Respond to the cancellation email that was sent out this morning. You will be able to set up a new subscription if you act before your renewal date of the 23rd.

You'd be surprised how common this is. :/

....On a side note, this may be a good opportunity to transfer the website account over to somebody else with a different paypal information, correct? What's the best way to go about this as soon, I will sadly walk away from the community that this website houses and leave online gaming forever. sad.gif

....but i'll still get my own infojunky account so I can post pictures of my kids!! biggrin.gif

Yes, you can take this opportunity (if you haven't already) to transfer ownership. Be sure to contact the helpdesk for details, as we have to verify you as the original owner, and who will be picking it up.
